My husband and I moved to our farm in Pulaski in January of 2021. We have 20 acres of land for our animals.
We mainly focus on poultry and waterfowl but also have sheep. We have baby doll sheep and our farm is a member of NABSSAR.
We also have Katahdin sheep that can be raised for meat. Katahdin are hair sheep that do well in the southern climate. We have started adding cattle in 2025 and have a few horses as well.
My husband is a proud polak and that is where the farm name comes from.
